About Divi Construction

DJ-Enterprises is a trusted and dynamic maintenance, construction, and repair service provider in Gauteng, South Africa.

Our journey began in 2010 when Jonathan Simelane established Eleventy Leven Trading, focusing mainly on tinting services. In 2025, Jonathan partnered with Dirk van der Merwe, founder of A-Grade Contractors (established in 2012). The merger brought together two strong brands, and we became DJ-Enterprises.

A-Grade Contractors previously specialized in servicing various Banks’ Insurance Maintenance Contractors Panels. However, in 2019, new requirements demanded companies be solely owned BBEE entities to remain on these panels. As a BBEE Level 4 company at the time, we could not meet the requirements, and our contracts were ended. Today, DJ-Enterprises proudly operates as a BBEE Level 1 Contributor.

We have since expanded our focus to serve mines, institutions, and private clients across Mpumalanga and Gauteng.

B-BBEE Certificate – Level 1 Contributor
SARS Letter of Good Standing – confirming our tax affairs are up to date
